Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our updated policy on refunds, returns, and cancellations.

The following terms are applicable for all products purchased from Cuberkart.com.


1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") refers to Cuberkart.

  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale on our website.

  • Orders means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

  • Website refers to Cuberkart.com, accessible from https://cuberkart.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without providing any reason.
After 24 hours, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Once the order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.


3. Return and Refund Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return or replacement only if:

  • The product you received is broken or damaged upon delivery, or

  • You have received a wrong product (different model or variant than ordered).

The return request must be raised within 24 hours of product delivery.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To qualify for a return or replacement, the customer must record a clear, uncut, 360° unboxing video of the sealed package before opening it.
The video must clearly show:

  1. The outer packaging and shipping label,

  2. The unboxing process without any cuts or pauses, and

  3. The visible issue (e.g., damaged or wrong product).

⚠️ Important:
Without an uncut 360° unboxing video, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.


5. Conditions for Returns

To ensure eligibility for return:

  • The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • Only broken or wrong items are eligible for return after verification.

  • Used, unsealed, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.


6. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
Cuberkart is not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return transit.


7. Refund and Replacement Process

  • The refund or replacement will be issued only after the returned product is received and verified at the Cuberkart office.

  • Once the item is inspected and approved:

    • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method.

    • Replacements (if approved) will be shipped within 3–5 business days after verification.

  • If the returned product does not meet the verification criteria, no refund or replacement will be issued.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

  • Products returned without valid unboxing video proof.

  • Clearance or promotional products marked “Non-Returnable.”
