1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 2 days of your order, and then take up to 5 to 7 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Cuberkart has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

We’re happy to accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any item that has not been opened or used. Follow these easy steps to process your free return:

• Ensure your return is unopened in its original packaging.
• Contact Customer Care with your order number and reason for return.
• Give us 1-2 business days, and then check your email for a prepaid return label.
• Securely pack your return and use your prepaid label.
• Check your email for return confirmation – refunds are typically processed within 2-3 days of receiving your return.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. If you are unable to cancel the order through your account or the cancellation option is no longer available, simply message or call us, and our support team will assist you with the cancellation process.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong or defective item?

If you receive a wrong or defective item, don’t worry. We will arrange a replacement for you. However, to process a wrong-item or defect claim, you must record a continuous, uncut 360° video starting from the moment the courier package is received, while the package is still sealed, through the complete opening and unpacking of the product. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, package condition, and the product after opening. This video is mandatory for verifying the claim and processing your replacement request.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
