YJ MGC Square-1 (Magnetic Flagship Speed Cube)

The YJ MGC Square-1 (Magnetic Flagship Speed Cube) brings YJ's MGC performance approach to the unique Square-1 format. With factory-installed dual-layer magnets, smooth contact tracks, center-weighted balance, convertible black face caps, and included adjustment hardware, it is designed for controlled shape-shifting and precise Square-1 solving.

⚙️ Key Features

🧲 FACTORY-INSTALLED DUAL-LAYER MAGNETS: Uses moderate-strength magnets across the slice and outer layers to provide tactile alignment and help reduce overshooting during rapid algorithm execution.

🔄 BUTTERY-SMOOTH PLUSH CONTACT SURFACES: Features specialized plastic-to-plastic contact tracks designed to create a soft, smooth gliding sensation with controlled internal friction during turning.

⚖️ PLANTED CENTER-WEIGHTED BALANCE: Concentrates much of the internal mass around the core, creating a grounded hand feel and added stability during fast shape-shifting movements.

🖤 CONVERTIBLE BLACK FACE CAPS: Includes interchangeable black piece caps that allow the standard yellow/white faces to be converted into a high-contrast black-face configuration.

🏆 TOURNAMENT-READY SQ-1 HARDWARE: Includes an adjustment screwdriver and high-tolerance turning architecture designed for precise Square-1 practice, algorithm execution, and competition-focused solving.

🧠 Description

The YJ MGC Square-1 Magnetic combines modern magnetic positioning with the distinctive shape-shifting mechanics of the Square-1. Unlike conventional cubic puzzles, Square-1 solving requires users to manage both permutation and changing puzzle shapes, making controlled turning and accurate slice alignment particularly important.

Its factory-installed moderate-strength magnets provide tactile feedback across both the outer layers and central slice. The magnetic positioning helps turns settle into alignment, giving the puzzle a controlled feel during algorithms and rapid shape transitions.

The internal construction uses smooth plastic-to-plastic contact surfaces, designed to provide a soft gliding sensation throughout the mechanism. A center-focused weight distribution also gives the puzzle a planted feel in the hand, helping maintain stability while performing quick finger tricks.

For customization, the package includes convertible black face caps, allowing users to change the visual configuration and create a distinctive high-contrast setup. An adjustment screwdriver is also included for convenient setup and tuning.

Whether you're learning Square-1 for the first time, practicing advanced algorithms, or looking for a dedicated magnetic puzzle for serious solving, the YJ MGC Square-1 offers a refined combination of magnetic feedback, smooth movement, stability, and customization.
