YuXin’s curved-cut engineering and internal “hitting circle” design ensure fluid rotation and excellent control. 4. What happens if I receive the wrong or defective item?
If you receive a wrong or defective item, don’t worry. We will arrange a replacement for you. However, to process a wrong-item or defect claim, you must record a continuous, uncut 360° video starting from the moment the courier package is received, while the package is still sealed, through the complete opening and unpacking of the product. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, package condition, and the product after opening. This video is mandatory for verifying the claim and processing your replacement request.
